Orphics: 5ieme Gnossienne
In 1996 to celebrate the tricentennial of Europe's largest school of art, the
telecommunication company Vebacom and the Hochschule der Kunste Berlin announced
a competition looking for computer-generated animations to be projected against the
background of Berlins new architecture, using the city as a screen during several
ecvents.
Jury award and presentation of Orphics: 5ieme Gnossienne for one year, starting
Avgust 15, 1997, on the Videowall in the lobby of the Philip-Johnson building.
